For this year's GJ Lecture, Prof. Stefan Huster (University of Bochum) delivered a talk on a highly relevant topic on medical triage and its challenges for the law. Particularly, he discussed the German legal situation and its implications for fundamental rights. A special focus was placed on the value-neutrality of the German Basic Law and the right to equality, which stand diametrically opposed to medical triage. The stimulating discussions continued over dinner - we sincerely thank Prof. Huster for his lecture!
