New Series - Hart Studies in Constitutional Theory

The first volume of the new book series Hart Studies in Constitutional Theory, which is co-edited by Professor Matthias Klatt, has been published.

We are pleased to announce a new book series: Professor Matthias Klatt is one of three editors of the recently launched Hart Studies in Constitutional Theory. The first book in the series examines the relationship between proportionality and facts in constitutional adjudication. The author, Dr. Anne Carter, is currently a Senior Lecturer at Deakin Law School, Australia.
