The printed version of the book "Handbuch Gemeinwohl", edited by Professor Christian Hiebaum, philosophy of law at the University of Graz and with the contribution of Professor Matthias Klatt, is now available!
The book aims to analyse the idea of the common good in various approaches, from the social sciences, humanities, and law, under the analytical, empirical or normative aspects. It counts on the contributions of several internationally renowned authors in their respective fields.
Along these lines, Professor Klatt contributed the chapter entitled "Die Abwägung der Rechtsprinzipien" (balancing of legal principles).
The book was already available in electronic version since last year, but now has a new hardcover printed version published by Springer VS Wiesbaden.
