Professor Klatt visited Mexico from 10.10 to 21.10 at the invitation of several renowned Mexican institutions for a series of 5 lectures in group and individual events, either to closed groups or open to the public and broadcast online.
During his lectures, Professor Klatt addressed several topics involving the theory of principles, proportionality test, individual rights, use of precedents, and comparative constitutional law.

Each of the talks was very well received and provided intriguing dialogues among the participants.
All in all, it was a very productive period, with pleasant meetings, productive groups and discussions, and very fruitful for scientific dissemination.
