Prof. Stefan Huster (University of Bochum) is an expert in public law. He focuses particularly on health law. In his lecture, he discussed medical triage as a challenge to constitutional law and its impact on the protection of fundamental rights.

Dr. Hubert Rottleuthner is a Legal Sociologist and a Legal Philosopher. In his research, he particularly focuses on empirical legal sociology. His talk centers around the relationshipn between empirics and normativity and will, among others, attempt to answer the question whether an apriori justification of moral duties is possible.

Ulfrid Neumann is professor of criminal law, criminal procedure law, legal philosophy and legal sociology at Goethe University Frankfurt. In his lecture, he will address the fiction about the ideal existence of law, which is constitutive for legal scholarship as well as legal practice.

Prof. em. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Dieter Grimm, LL.M. (Harvard) is an eminent German jurist, Emeritus Professor at Humbolt University in Berlin, Guest Professor at the New York University and Yale University, as well as former Justice of the German Federal Constitutional Court.
In his presentation, Dieter Grimm speaks about the democratic compatibility of the European constitution-making through the European Court of Justice adjudication.

"Gustav Radbruchs Concept of Law"
Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Robert Alexy is part of the international most notorious and renowned German jurists of our time. Since 2013, he is Professor of Public Law and Legal Philosophy at the University of Kiel.
In his talk, Alexy first explained Radbuch's system and then presented his conclusions that Radbruch is to be considered not a Positivist, but a Non-Positivist.
