The new volume "Argumentación Jurídica y Control Social", edited by Professor Tania Hernández Guzmán, was recently published. It contains contributions from numerous prestigious authors, among them Professor Klatt.
Professor Klatt's chapter on "Argumentación Jurídica y Transformación Social " discusses how the normative structure of legal argumentation can influence and enhance social change.
The other chapters include papers by Robert Alexy, Ulfrid Neumann, and José Antônio García Amado. Responsible for the translation was Professor Andrés Santacoloma Santacoloma Antonio Milla.
