New Talk in Brazil

Professor Klatt held an online talk on "Problems of Proportionality in the Narrow Sense" on August 9th at the State University of Northern Paraná (UENP), by invitation of Professor Jairo Néia Lima.
The talk was part of a more extensive course on "Judicial Review from a Skeptical View", organized by the Post-Graduation Programme in Legal Science from UENP. It was destined for Master's students and PhD candidates of the same institution and was attended by professors and many students.
