This winter semester has begun with a great visiting scholar joining our research centre for three months.
Dr. Matteo Caldironi is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty of Law of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He works on constitutional law and legal theory. More specifically, one of his current research topics concerns the relationship between the Constitutional Court and the legislature.
During this period of study at GJ he will explore from a theoretical point of view some aspects concerning the role and limits of constitutional justice in the contemporary context.
The Graz Jurisprudence research group is very pleased with this additional period of exchange of experiences and ideas that always contributes to research and is highly enriching.
