- VO Rechtstheorie
Unsere alljährliche VO ist eine Einführung in die grundlegenden Fragen der Rechtstheorie. Hier gewinnen Sie einen Überblick über die wichtigsten Themen und Fragestellungen dieser Disziplin. Diese Lehrveranstaltung ist im Diplomstudium Rechtswissenschaften verpflichtend zu absolvieren!
Die LV wird von Univ.-Prof. Matthias Klatt abgehalten, eine gesonderte Anmeldung über UGO ist erforderlich.
- VO Legal Philosophy
This lecture covers basic questions of legal philosophy. As an introduction to the field, you'll learn about the most important aspects and open questions of contemporary legal philosophy. The lecture is held by Professor Klatt; you need to register separately via UGO.
- SE International Constitutional Law: The Use of Foreign Precedent
In this seminar, we engage with current issues in legal philosophy that are also the subject of ongoing research at the Centre. This year, we focus on the question of whether, and if so, how, courts may rely on foreign decisions (“foreign precedents”) in their legal reasoning.
The course is taught by Univ.-Prof. Matthias Klatt. Separate registration via UGO is required. Please note that this course has a limited capacity!
- UE Prüfungsvorbereitung zur VO Rechtstheorie
Diese Übung dient der optimalen Prüfungsvorbereitung für die VO-Prüfung aus Rechtstheorie. Die LV wird von Mag. Marlene Anzenberger abgehalten, eine gesonderte Anmeldung über UGO ist erforderlich. Die Plätze sind begrenzt!
