We are pleased to announce that the third volume of our recently launched Hart Studies in Constitutional Theory has been published. The series is co-edited by Professor Matthias Klatt. The third book in the series, written by Graz Jurisprudence Alumna Dr. Lisa Sonnleitner, presents a new constitutional argument for the legitimacy of evolutive interpretation of the ECHR.
