Graz Jurisprudence is happy to announce that since last month Flávio Baumgarten has joined our team as university assistant.
He holds a degree in Law from the CESUSC Faculty at Florianópolis (Santa Catarina – Brazil) and is currently finishing his Master thesis (University of Brasília (UnB)). His research areas are legal philosophy, constitutional law and fundamental rights, with a special focus on the proportionality test, the criticisms raised against it and the further developments on its theoretical issues and practical application.
After following the work of Graz Jurisprudence closely for the past years, he is now happy to be a member of the team, which to him is ‘the best possible place to improve my research and achieve my goals’.
