A few weeks ago, GJ member Barbara Zeller successfully defended her outstanding PhD thesis entitled “Struggles for Supremacy: Formal Principles and Competence Allocation in the Legal Order of the European Union”, thus officially becoming Dr. iur. Barbara Zeller!
